Please be advised that Zacchaeus Legal Services represents the Village of Foxfire in this matter. For all questions regarding the legal effect of the tax/assessment foreclosure action about which you are inquiring, please seek your own counsel.

​Although we do not discourage you from making payments on the tax bill associated with your case, we cannot make arrangements for you to pay the amount due on an installment basis. Once your case has been referred to us, we must move forward towards either payment of the account in full or sale of the property. You have 30 days from the date you were served with the summons and complaint to take action to protect your rights.

Payments for Village of Foxfire taxes (for property tax years prior to 2024) and/or assessments are made through Village Hall. Consequently, if you desire a payoff amount for your case, please contact the Village Finance Officer @ (910) 295-5107.
