Mark Benning "Ben" Bardill is an attorney and has been with the firm for 5 years. Admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2020, Ben has dedicated his entire practice to one area โ property tax foreclosure for local government. Ben spends most of his time traveling the state to attend court sessions and conduct foreclosure sales, some at sessions with more than 100 cases on the calendar, and auctions with more than thirty parcels.
Benโs focus in the office is mastering priority issues, including circular priority, a complex issue where state income and employer unemployment insurance contribution taxes come into play with other liens, including federal tax liens.
Ben graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2016 and Campbell University School of Law in 2020.
