Assistant Operations Manager

Shelly Caraway is Assistant Operations Manager. She has 14 years of experience in tax foreclosure work, all as Mark’s assistant. Shelly is head of our Document Preparation and Settlement Group and our Audit Group. She reviews every document filed with the courts in preparation for hearings, which includes all pleadings associated with motions for determination of costs, to amend, for judgment to sell, confirmation of sale, and the like.
